March Motivation workout playlist ๐Ÿ’ช

It’s Monday, the clocks have gone forward and the weather is fiiiine โ˜€๏ธ 


It’s the perfect day to get a workout in either outdoors or in the gym. I love to start the week burning fat & getting closer to my fitness goal. Here’s a pumping new workout playlist to keep you motivated ๐Ÿ’ช

I never listen to my workout playlists unless I’m working out so it gives me something to look forward to ๐ŸŽง 

My current goal is to get down to 12 stone so I’m working out 5 days a week, counting calories using My Fitness Pal app on my phone and cutting down on my sugar intake. I’m currently weighing approximately 12.5 stone, down from 12.8 two weeks ago ๐ŸŽ‰
