I think the key to a successful fitness regime is finding a workout or fitness class that you enjoy.
Piloxing has become so therapeutic for me the last few weeks. I really enjoy the classes and look forward to going to them. I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in a long time both physically and mentally – I’m a lot less stressed and I’m getting a lot fitter. Boom 👊
