Body Coach Protein Pancakes

With the day that’s in it it’s hard to stay away from all those yummy pancakes & Nutella. We made our own chocolate protein pancakes and they are delicious. You can also make plain pancakes with vanilla protein powder.

Here’s the recipe to help you stay on track with your fitness goals and have something to look forward to this evening 😍🥞🍓


What you need: 

1 banana 🍌

1 egg 

25g rolled oats 

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (or vanilla) 

100ml almond milk 

1 tbsp coconut oil 

Blender or Nutribullet
How to make: 

1. Whizz up the banana, egg, protein powder and oats in a blender. I always add almond milk in here because I find the mixture goes very thick. You’ll know how much to add yourself by looking at it but no more than 100ml. Buy the protein powder I use here

2. Heat half the coconut oil on the pan and pour 3 puddles of mixture onto the pan. Cook for about one minute on each side or until they look a bit crispy. Try keep them small as it looks in the picture. Do the same with the rest of the coconut oil and the other half of the mixture. 

3. Top with 0% fat Greek yoghurt. We buy a tub of this in Aldi. Add some chopped strawberries and blueberries and voilà! 


These are delicious!! I don’t miss normal pancakes at all 🥞
