July Nutribullet of the month

Hiiii! 

As promised here is the recipe for the July nutribullet of the month. This one tastes great and has tons of health benefits. This recipe makes about 700ml so make it in a large blender or the tall nutribullet cup. 
None of my posts are advertisements. I just want to reiterate that this is all my own recommendations and this isn’t a business for me, just a hobby. The aim is to give people my advice! 👍
So here’s the tasty recipe: 
2 handfuls spinach 🍃 
1 cup mixed berries (I use the bag of frozen mixed berries from Lidl that I talked about in the June nutribullet post)
2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt 
1 banana 🍌
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 
Approx. 400 ml almond milk (if you don’t have almond milk use almonds and top with water as a substitute)

Cocoa powder has a lot of health benefits that a lot of people don’t realise. 
1. Its flavonoids are linked to many heart benefits including lowering blood pressure, reducing “bad” cholesterol, and decreasing overall risk of heart disease. 

2. It is packed with antioxidants that help repair skin cells and protect against harmful free radicals. 

3. This tasty powder has been credited with boosting your mood, releasing happy hormones and having a positive effect on brain chemistry. 
This smoothie is filling so have it as breakfast, a large snack or after a workout.
