Vita Coco coconut water

I’m trying to stay off fizzy drinks at the moment and I love coconut water as an alternative. I’m absolutely loving these Vita Coco coconut waters with peach and mango or pineapple..delicious! Coconut water is very healthy and has many benefits including:

– aids weight loss
– rehydration as it is a natural isotonic drink and also contains electrolytes (like a natural Dioralyte)
– clears skin
– improves digestion
– lowers blood pressure
– contains calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium and sodium


These drinks are perfect with lunch or as a replacement for coffee to give you a morning boost!
